"I've been working with Recomp Coach Jack for just over four years and his coaching, support, knowledge and passion for his work has completely changed my life and my physique. At 58 years old, I'm the strongest, most muscular and leanest I've ever been all the while managing some pre-existing injuries.

I had tried numerous diet and exercise regimes but to no success. Coach Jack was able to help me filter out the nonsense and guide me into sticking to the science-backed basics of buidling a physique.

"I originally came to see Recomp Coach Jack due to experiencing the onset of osteoperosis. My doctor advised me to get into resistance training and better dieting strategies as soon as possible to reduce symptoms and improve overall strength and fitness levels.

Each subsequent check-in with my health practitioner has shown immensely improved results on, not only my Bone Mineral Density, but several of my other health metrics which has led me to an overall massive improvement to my general well-being.

Coach Jack has always been there for me for all of my health needs including regular nutrition assistance to manage my body composition in general and especially when coming up to or back from holidays.
